DOG TRAINING TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Payment

   All training sessions or training packages must be paid in full in advance in order to confirm the booking.

2. Validity of Training Packages

   Training packages must be used within 3 months from the date of the first session. Sessions not used within this period will expire and cannot be refunded.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

   Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged in full.

4. No-Show Policy

   If the client does not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered used and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

5. Refund Policy

   Payments for training sessions or packages are non-refundable. Unused sessions within a package are not refundable.

6. Client Responsibility

   The client is responsible for following training guidance and for the behavior and safety of their dog during sessions.

7. Trainer’s Right to Refuse Service

   The trainer reserves the right to stop or refuse training if the dog or handler presents a safety risk.

8. Agreement

   By booking or paying for training sessions, the client confirms that they have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
